I have a basic profile and I see that my profile isn't listed higher than the basic listings. How can I make it rank higher for my area?
The only way to get your profile to rank highest is to sign up for "Featured Profile". This is located in your control panel. Just click on the "upgrade listing" icon.

I no longer do child care how can I get my basic listing removed?
In order to get your basic profile removed, you have to send and email to providersinfo@ziggybug.com requesting it to be removed. Please make sure to include all the facility information in your email.

I am having trouble uploading my photo, can you help me?
We sure can! Just email providersinfo@ziggybug.com and attach your pictures and the name of the facility that you are trying to upload it to and we can resize your photos and upload them to your profile for you!

I don't have digital photos, I only have paper prints. How can I get these on my profile?
Some of the best pictures were from the good ol' film camera days! If you have some pictures that you really want to use on your profile just mail them to ZiggyBug, Inc. 92 Corporate Park, Suite C-262, Irvine, CA 92606 and we will scan them, upload them to your profile and send your photos back! All free of charge!

How can I delete my basic profile?
You can delete your basic profile by emailing us at providersinfo@ziggybug.com with the name of your daycare to delete.

How can I cancel my "featured provider" status?
Since this involves billing we need to manually make sure that the service is downgraded to a free listing and that your card is not charged any more. To ensure this, we require an email requesting to cancel.

I reset my password and the new one that was issued does not work, why?
You need to refresh the ZiggyBug site or close it down and go back to ZiggyBug.com.

Where can I obtain a copy of the Terms of Service Agreement?

Why do I need register if I'm a parent?
To take advantages of certain things like a favorites folder, parent resources, and to message a provider! It's FREE too!

Can I purchase a banner ad?
Yes you can! Please email us at advertising@ziggybug.com.

Can I purchase a banner ad for my child care facility?
Although we typically reserve these banner ad spaces for children related products we have done banner ads for child care facilities in the past. Just email advertising@ziggybug.com to further discuss.

Do I have to register again for the bulletin board?
Yes, you do. The bulletin board is managed by a separate program and therefore you do need to create a new username and password. For ease of use we suggest just using your email address as your username and the same password as your ZiggyBug account.
